On December 16, the Sihanoukville Business School, which was jointly sponsored by the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone Company and Wuxi Business School, officially opened. This signified that it has taken a solid step in building a talent training base in the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone under the cooperation of Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone Company and Wuxi Business School. It is also a concrete manifestation of strengthening the cooperation in talent training between China and Cambodia under the framework of “the Belt and Road” initiative and creating the “Intelligent Silk Road”. 

It is reported that Sihanoukville Business School was the first university-enterprise cooperative undergraduate university established overseas, was the first Chinese university established in Cambodia, and was also the second university in the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone under “the Belt and Road” Initiative.
